The Final Assessment of a student for promotion shall be decided on his/her Annual Record based on marks scored in all examinations.

• In classes I to VIII promotion shall be decided on overall performance in MATS, Term and Term II.
• Absence from any examination shall be entirely at the risk of a total loss of marks.
• In the elective subjects, passing in both Theory and Practical is compulsory.
• A chance for appearing in the Compartment Examination may be granted in classes IX and XI as per the provisions of CBSE.
• It is compulsory to appear in all examinations, to be permitted for appearing in the Final Examination.
• A student must attain a minimum of 75% of the attendance during the academic session.
• Students who fail twice in the same class or three times during their school career shall have to discontinue their studies in this school.
• Promotions are decided by a committee; hence their decision is final and will not be changed.
