Parental Co-operation

Parental co-operation with the school is very essential. The school, therefore, invites the parents / guardians to extend their whole-hearted co-operation by ways of visiting the school periodically and keeping in close touch with the teachers and the school authorities.

A periodic Parent Teacher meeting will be held which will be pre intimated. Parents should attend the meeting without failure.

To meet the teachers parents are requested to follow the following visiting hours : 2:30 to 3:00 p.m from Monday to Friday. Parents should not visit the classes or teachers during school hours.

Parents are requested to make any complaint, directly to the school authorities, not to the teachers.

It is the duty of parents to see that their children are regular, come neat and tidy to school, are in time and bring all their necessary books.

Please do not call your ward home before the school time, except in an emergency. A written application duly signed for the same is essential.

Please do not send your ward to school if he/she is suffering from a contagious disease, till he/she is completely free from infection.

If a child gets hurt during school hours, the school shall try its best to provide prompt medical attention. However, please note carefully that the school will not bear any responsibility for the injuries caused to a student due to his/ her mischief .The parents will have to bear the expenses for the medical help.

No outsider is allowed to visit the classes or meet the teachers during school hours without the permission of the Principal.

You are expected to keep track of your child’s progress through class test and progress reports of the examination and co-operate with us to improve him/her.

School teachers are not permitted to take tuitions at home. Parents should not approach staff members for tuition. In case, any student is found doing so, a strict disciplinary action shall be taken.

To prevent their wards from any inconvenience, parents are requested to note that the following students will be sent home, the school disclaiming all responsibility for

  • Those who come late.
  • Those who do not bring back in time signed Test/Exam Report, Teacher’s Remarks, etc.
  • Those who come without proper uniform or whose appearance is slovenly.
  • Those suffering from a disease which is contagious or at an infectious stage.
  • Those who have not paid their school fee upto the due date.
