Leave, Absence & Withdrawal

Guidelines

  • Use the leave record in your Diary to request for prior approval. Only requests for leave on this pagge will be entertained. Leave record is meant to be used by parents / guardian, only and not by students.
  • A student who remains absent without permission, shall be allowed to attend the class, only after submitting a leave application duly signed by parents, with a proper cause.
  • Leave will be granted only in case of illness and in exceptional cases. Valid reasons must be given in writing for absence from school. Absence of students from class for merely family functions is entirely discouraged.
  • Mid day or half day leave is not allowed for any student except in case of acute emergency, which shall be verified.
  • Attendance is compulsory on Independence Day and Republic Day.
  • In case of absence from the school without information or permission, a fine of Rs. 2.00 per day will be charged.
  • The students appearing in the Board Examinations for Classes X and XII should have a minimum attendance of 75%. Any student having less than 75% attendance may not be allowed to take examination as a regular candidate.
  • Parents willing to withdraw their ward after results should submit an application before or on the date of declaration of result to get a Transfer Certificate without fee. Any application submitted after the result date shall be accepted after payment of the applicable tuition fee. This is also applicable in case of those students who do not attend the classes and submit their application of T.C. after the due date
